Shipping Policy


Enjoy free shipping within Peninsular & East Malaysia for orders above RM180 & RM 250. Otherwise, a flat shipping fee of RM8 (Peninsular) / RM18 (East Malaysia) will apply.

Please allow 2–4 business days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 4–7 business days for East Malaysia. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. At the moment, we're not able to offer expedited or same-day shipping.

Order tracking.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email/WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and courier link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@hwoofit.com and we'll look into it right away.

Order amendment.

We know plans change! If you need to update your shipping address, size, or item selection, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — once an order enters processing, we're unable to make changes.

Are taxes and duties included?

For international orders (where available), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our checkout total.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Singapore in addition to Malaysia. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance.
