- Any item(s) couriered to us without consult our customer service beforehand would not be entertained.
- Exchange must be made within 7 working days from the day received the parcel.
- Exchange are not applicable for accessories and Value Buy items.
- All exchange item(s) must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept any exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear.
- Products lost or damaged due to natural disaster.
- Products without HWOOFIT tags.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
- Kindly mail the item back to the provided address in email via a track-able mailing method and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel.
- HWOOFIT is NOT responsible for the returned parcels until they reached at our office.
- For exchange, customers need to bear 2-ways postage of the item(s).
Customers need to deliver the item(s) back to our warehouse with their chosen courier, while Hwoofit will deliver the exchanged item(s) to the customer with the rates as follows:

- Rejected parcel(s) that caused by undelivered address, wrong contact number and/or nobody home when the delivery is attempted.Customers will have to pay the additional shipping fee for re-sending the parcels. We will inform the customer by email or phone call on the rejected parcel(s). However, parcel that is unclaimed after 10 days from the date of email notification will be disposed and become non-claimable.
- Product color may vary due to the color calibration of the individual devices, hence exchange is not allowed.

- We do not provide cash refunds for item sold.
- We accept order cancellation request, the full amount will be refund to customer's account as store credit for next purchase.
- In case of OUT OF STOCK for non ready stock items, full refund will be made for the affected customer(s) to their store credit as well.
- Please informed that there will be no expiry date for all the store credit.
- Coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions.
